More Details: A seated musician plays a C4 note at 262 Hz. How long does it take for 496 air pressure maxima to pass a stationary listener? (in seconds)

You would like to express the air pressure oscillations at a point in space in the following form:

P(t) = Pmax*cos(Bt)

if t is measured in seconds, what value (and units) should the quantity B have?

choice of units -- s, s^-1, radians, radians s^-1, m, ms^-1.

note. I got the first part(1.89s). but I don't know how to figure out the second part. Please help.
